Returning online orders

The original receipt and a brief explanation stating the reason for the return and the merchandise in its original condition must accompany all exchanges or returns. Please include your contact information with all returns.

If you cannot send the return/exchange within two weeks of the purchase date or have questions, please call 1-800-255-9168 and use the menu to contact the appropriate department.

Refunds/Exchanges of the following items will not be accepted: Course materials purchased after the refund deadline; computer and related hardware, opened software, calculators, and CU directories and course catalogs.

If you feel the item you purchased has a defect originating with the manufacturer, the refund window is extended to 60 days, except for computer items, which remain at two weeks. Please call us at 1-800-255-9168 for clarification if you are unsure.
