If you cannot send the return/exchange within two weeks of the purchase date or have questions, please call 1-800-255-9168 and use the menu to contact the appropriate department.
Refunds/Exchanges of the following items will not be accepted: Course materials purchased after the refund deadline; computer and related hardware, opened software, calculators, and CU directories and course catalogs.
If you feel the item you purchased has a defect originating with the manufacturer, the refund window is extended to 60 days, except for computer items, which remain at two weeks. Please call us at 1-800-255-9168 for clarification if you are unsure.
